Pickleball Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Eligibility: Membership is open to all individuals who complete the registration process and pay the required fees. The club reserves the right to accept or decline applications.
Membership Fees: Fees must be paid as scheduled and are non-refundable except where required by South African consumer law.
Code of Conduct: Members must maintain sportsmanship and respect for fellow players, officials, and club property. Discriminatory, abusive, or unsafe behaviour is not permitted.
Facility Use: Members may use club facilities during official hours. Proper sports attire and court shoes are required.
Safety & Assumption of Risk: Members participate at their own risk. The club is not liable for personal injuries or loss of property unless negligence is proven.
Coaching & Events: Only club-approved coaches may conduct training. Events are subject to separate rules.
Termination of Membership: The club may suspend or terminate membership for rule violations, misconduct, or unpaid fees.
Privacy & Communication: Member information is used for club administration and communication only. By joining, members consent to receiving club updates.
Media Consent: Members agree that photos or video taken at club events may be used for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is provided.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by South African law.
